CATEGORY: Contests / 2011 / RIFT Create a Colossus Contest: This was entered into the Rift Contest, and even though it didn't win, it is an amazing work of art having a frightening Colossus towering over a courageous fighter. The colors, the overall feel and details, and the inherent danger that emanates from the Colossus Creature, all lead to a visual treat for anyone brave enough to take a look. Walking through the Graveyard of Insects, I heard a crackling sound. Before I knew it, something flew down and I barely managed to roll back to avoid getting crushed. Looking up, I drew my sword as I took in the colossus, I remember the name that the old man warned me about before I entered.

Old Man: Beware for once you see the light, you'll be struck down before you noticed. Listen for the crackling sound and prepare to dodge or else Dyr Giloth will have another meal.
